Henry Warrington (USA)

From Graces Guide

Henry Warrington (1817-1904) emigrated to the USA from Manchester, England, in 1842. He initially worked as the shop foreman in the Chicago boiler shop of James W. Cobbs.

In 1852, he founded what was to become the Vulcan Iron Works Inc.

1863 Advertising as Vulcan Foundry - Henry Warrington, makers of steam engines, machinery and mill gearing, and iron founders. He retired in 1864.
