1916 Obituary [1]

HERBERT BEESLEY died at his residence, Belmont, Norfolk Road, Sheffield, at the age of fifty-two years. He was connected with his father, Mr. W. T. Beesley, in business, and when the latter formed his business into a private limited company, Mr. Herbert Beesley became the secretary, and afterwards also a director and managing director.

He was also a permanent director of Messrs. Colver Bros., Ltd., and of Sir Joseph Jonas, Colver & Co., Ltd.

He was elected a member of the Iron and Steel Institute in 1908.
