c.1894 Formed partnership with Mr Fletcher as Herbert Lewis and Fletcher in Cardiff
1899 Transferred to class of Associate-Member of IEE (from Associate) after some correspondence.
1911 Herbert D W Lewis 39, Consulting electrical engineer, lived in Cardiff with Kate Lewis 43, David C F Lewis 7, Gomer F Lewis 3[1]
1931 Died in Brecknock[2]
