Herbert Dugdale Parmiter (1871 - 1946), of Donnison, Parmiter and Barber.

1871 Born at Winchester on July 11th, the son of John Spurier Parmiter.

Educated at the King's School, Ely. and apprenticed to Tangye's, Ltd.

1890 Moved to Manchester.

1894 Partnership between Arthur Percy Donnison, Herbert Dugdale Parmiter and Matthew Henry Barber dissolved.[1]
