1901 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Hewitt and Gathorne Kellett, carrying on business as Boiler Makers and Engineers, at Bowling Boiler Works, in the city of Bradford, under the style or firm of "Hewitt and Kellett," has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the thirty first day of December, 1900. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said John Hewitt, by whom the said business will in future be carried on...'[1]
