1990 The group was formed to coordinate all Hoerbiger activities in the U.K. Hoerbiger Service (UK) Ltd., Compressor Accessories, and Hoerbiger Friction Products became divisions of Hoerbiger UK Ltd.

1991 Fluidtechnik Division of Hoerbiger UK Ltd. was formed to market Hydraulic and Pneumatic products and systems. Division subsequently transferred to Hoerbiger Origa Ltd.

1991 Valve service and repair opened up at Hamilton - Scotland under Hoerbiger Service (UK) Ltd.

1994 Hoerbiger Friction Products Division was closed - moved to Drivetech - USA.

1994 Acquired Universal Metallic Packing Co. (Subsequently became Hoerbiger Rings & Packings Ltd.)

1996 Acquired Transicon.

1996/7 Hoerbiger Service (UK) Ltd. merged with Hoerbiger UK Ltd

Dec 1998 Transicon was sold.

2003 Graflon acquired from Morgan AM&T.

2004 Acquired Compressor Services (East Midlands) Ltd.

2005 Hoerbiger Rings & Packings Ltd. became separate entity.

2005 Hoerbiger South Africa “sold” (8.8.2005).

2006 Merged with HRP

2008 Valve production / repair transferred to Bradford.

2010 HUK divest of business and facility at Ilkeston (CSEM)

2011 HUK divests Air End Repair business and sell HUK Birmingham site
