1868 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership hereto11 fore subsisting between us the undersigned, Arthur Holden and Thomas Sanders, carrying on the business of Varnish and Color Merchants, at Nos. 218 and 219, Bradford street, Birmingham, in the county of Warwick, under the style or firm of Holden and Sanders, has this day been dissolved by mutual consent, as from the 28th day of February last. All debts due and owing to and from the said partnership will be received and paid by the said Arthur Holden, who will henceforth carry on the said business on his own account...'[1]
