'... the Partnership which has for some time past subsisted between the undersigned, Henry Kesterton and James Harper the younger, in the business of Manufacturers of Tyres for Cycle and other Wheels, carried on by them under the firm of the Holdfast Pneumatic Tyre Company, at the city of Coventry, in the county of Warwick, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as from the 25th day of March last, and that the said Henry Kesterton will continue to carry on the said business...'[1]
