1887 The company was registered on February 28th, with capital of £200,000, to acquire the business of brewers, maltsters and wine and spirit merchants carried on by Mr. H. C. Fulford. According to the company's prospectus, the business had been established in 1819 by the vendor's predecessors.[1]

1896 The company was re-registered.[2]

1966 The company went into voluntary liquidation.[3]
