1924 " THE HOLYWELL CO. LTD., of Flint, North Wales, specialise in the production of mercerised yarns. They also bleach and dye yarns, and show their products at Wembley. The company are winders of cotton and silk yarns on cones, cheeses, cops, bottle bobbins, warpers' bobbins, beams, warps.

Twisters of embroidery, crepe and other fancies ; mixtures of cotton and/or wool and artificial silk for variegated effects in knitted fabrics. Fast dyes for various requirements, and newest tints and rainbow dying for embroidery. Mercerised cotton yarn on cones for knitting machines is a specialty with them."
