1841 John Lambert retired from the Partnership with Holland Hoole, John Jackson, and Thomas Charlewood, all of Salford, Cotton Spinners, carrying on business under the firm of Lambert, Hoole, Jackson, and Co. The business would be carried on under the firm of Hoole, Jackson, and Charlewood.[1]

1842 Dissolution by mutual consent of the Partnership between Holland Hoole, John Jackson, and Thomas Charlewood, carrying on business in Salford, as Cotton Spinners, under the firm of Hoole, Jackson, and Charlewood[2]
