1898 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Thomas Kiddier James Kiddier and John William Kiddier all of the city of Nottingham carrying on business as Hosiery Machine Builders and Machinists at Bell-street in the city of Nottingham under the style or firm of the Hosiery Machine Building Company has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Thomas Kiddier who henceforth, will carry on the business on his own account...'[1]
