1875 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore i.1 subsisting between us the undersigned, Henry Hudson, Alfred Wilberforce Sykes, Charles Edward Bousfield, and Rudolph Gerheusser, carrying on business at Leeds, in the county of York, as Woollen Manufacturers and Merchants, under the style of Hudson, Sykes, and Bousfield, was this day dissolved, by mutual consent, so lar as regards the said Rudolph Gerheusser. All debts due to and owing by the said partnership will be received and paid by the continuing partners in the said firm...'[1]
1884 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Henry 3udson, Alfred Wilberforce Sykes, Charles Edward Bousfield, and Henry Gowan Hudson, carrying on business together in copartnership as Woollen Manufacturers and Merchants, at Morley, Holbeck, and Leeds, in the county of York, under the style or firm of Hudson, Sykes, and Bousfield, has been dissolved, as and from the 31st day of May, 1884, by mutual consent, so far as regards the said Henry Hudson. All, debts due to and owing from the said firm will be received and paid by Alfred Wilberforce Sykes, Charles Edward Bousfield, Henry Gowan Hudson, and Arthur Edward Hudson, by whom the said business will in future be carried on...'[2]
1899 The company was registered on 3 May, to acquire the business of woollen and worsted manufacturers and worsted spinners of the firm of the same name. [3]
