1862 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership subsisting between the undersigned, Henry Hughes and William March, carrying on business as Timber Merchants, Engineers, and Railway Plant Manufacturers, at Loughborough, in the county of Leicester, under the name or firm of Hughes and March is this day dissolved by mutual consent...'[2]
