1890 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, Harvey Hadden, James Winterbotham Lewis, William Winterbotham Lewis and Herbert Lancashire, carrying on business as Hosiery Manufacturers, at Stanford-street, in the town of Nottingham, under the style or firm of Hutchinson and Co., has been dissolved, by mutual consent as from the 19th day of September 1890: All debts due to or owing by the late firm will be received and paid by the said Harvey Hadden; who will henceforth carry on the said business on his own account under the style or firm aforesaid....'[1]
