1877 The business continued as Hutson and Corbett under Guybon Hutson and Andrew Corbett

1895 Guybon Hutson, junior, retired from Hutson and Son; the business was continued by Guybon Hutson as sole partner[1]

1904 Guybon Hutson was Chairman of the EGM of Hutson and Sons to confirm the business had been disposed of, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and a new Company registered under the name of Hutson & Sons (1904) Limited.[2]
