1883 Petition for winding up the company

1883 "NOTICE is hereby given to the creditors and all contributories of the above-named Company that on the application of the Company, and with the consent of the petitioners, Mr. Justice Chitty has directed the petition of William Augustus Gorman and John Walker, Copartners, of 187, Westminster Bridge-road, in the county of Surrey, Engineers, on the 9th day of May, 1883, preferred unto the High Court of Justice, to be restored to his Lordship's list, and to be in the paper for hearing on Saturday, the 28th day of July, 1883"[1]
