1938 New plant installed to make vitreous china sanitary ware[2]
By 1948 was controlled by American Radiator and Standard Sanitaryware Corporation [3]

1956 Patent - Improvements in or relating to hot water boilers.
1961 Manufacturers of boilers, radiators, heating accessories and plumbing fixtures. Also manufacture sanitary appliances in vitreous china. 2,500 employees.
