Indestructible Paint and Standard Varnish

1926 - Formed by a fusion of interest between The Indestructible Paint Co Ltd. and The Standard Varnish Works (of Great Britain) Ltd.

The products of the two firms were manufactured in the factory erected at Park Royal, Willesden, N.W.10 and the two companies operated under the style and title of Indestructible Paint and Standard Varnish Ltd. The combine was further strengthened by the financial interest and close co-operation of the London Electric Wire Co and Smiths Ltd.
