1900 The company was registered on 12 December, to acquire British and other patents for, and, as a going concern, the business of manufacturing and selling the food known as Plasmon.

1906 As from 1 July, the business and rights of the German Plasmon Co were taken over. [1]

1906 “Plasmon” was promoted as a way to safeguard against fatigue of motorists, providing good, wholesome, and concentrated nourishment. It was incorporated into biscuits, chocolate and cocoa.

1908 Directors: Sir E. M. Nelson, K.C.M.G. (Chairman), S. Barentz, J. S. Bergheim, H. E. Hoare, J. MacAlister, W. J. Taylor, and Hon. W. Vernon, Secretary: C. B. Sharpe.

1916 the company name was Plasmon Ltd[2]

1954 Plasmon Ltd, maker of oats and other milk protein foods, adjourned a meeting to consider voluntary liquidation when an offer was received for its shares[3]

By 1977 there was an Italian company Plasmon Dietetici Alimentari SPA producing children's foods, a subsidiary of Heinz[4]. It is unclear whether this is connected with the above.
