Capital £3,000 in £1 shares, to acquire and turn to account certain patents, for inventions relating to rotary internal combustion engines, to acquire the factory and premises at Aspley, Nottingham, and the business carried on thereat by T. H. Shaw, and to carry on the business of motor-cab and omnibus proprietors, motor-car dealers, manufacturers, and repairers. Private company. The permanent directors are T. H. Shaw ad W. A.
