'...the Partnership, or joint trade lately subsisting and carried on by and between the undersigned, Lemuel Wellman Wright and Isaac Nind Hopkins, of Brinksway, near Stockport, in the county of Chester, Bleachers, under the firm of L. W. Wright and Co was this day dissolved by mutual consent.
