Isle of Man TT Races

From Graces Guide

1905 Motorcycle Elimination Trials were run on the Isle of Man - the day after the 1905 Gordon Bennett Elimination Trial for cars. The elimination trial was run to establish a team to represent Great Britain in the International Motorcycle Cup races.

The annual Tourist Trophy motorcycle races were first held on the Isle of Man in 1907.

After this it was not until 1920 that racing resumed.
