1912 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, Joseph Brooksbank and Bertram Parkinson, carrying on business as Wool Merchants and Top Makers, at Thornton-road, in the city of Bradford, under the style or firm of J. BROOKSBANK AND CO., has been dissolved by mutual consent as and from the 10th day of June, 1912. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Bertram Parkinson, who will in future carry on the business at the same place under the style or firm of "B. Parkinson and Co'...'[1]
