1930 The company was formed by John Leonard Eve as the J. L. Eve Construction Company Limited.

1961 Civil engineering contractors specialising in the construction of Power stations and sub-stations; reinforced concrete structures; sewers and sewage works; grid lines and radio and television masts. 800 employees.

1981 The company became Eve Construction plc. Numerous name changes followed.

2023 The company was by now known as Morrison Energy Services (Transmission Networks) Limited.[1]
