1893 Partnership change. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned Ruth Emma Powell and Daniel Thomas Powell, carrying on business as Printers' Engineers, &c., at 33A, Ludgate-hill, London, E.C., under the style or firm of J. M. Powell and Son, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 30th day of June, 1892. All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid by the said Daniel Thomas Powell, who continues the business...'[3]
