Major-General James Pattle Beadle (1823-1902)

Born at Blackheath the son of Captain Samuel Beadle and his wife Virginie de l'Etang

1849 Married at Calcutta to Margaret Marianne Jenkins and had two daughters and a son

Agent in India for the Oudh and Rohilkhand Railway

1902 Died. Major-General James Pattle Beadle, who served in the Satlej campaign, and retired from the Royal (Bengal) Engineers in 1866. [1]
