1879 '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, John Simeon Bergheim, the Iron Trade Company Limited, and Jules Dufontaine, carrying on business together as Iron Merchants, at No. 18, Laurence Pountney-hill, in the city of London, under the style or firm of J. S. Bergheim and Co, has been this day dissolved, so far as regards the said John Simeon Bergheim and the Iron Trade Company Limited. All debts and liabilities due and owing by the firm will be received and paid by the said Jules Defontaine, who will for the future carry on the business under the style of J. S.
