1885 Partnership change. '...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, James Campbell and Peter McArthur Campbell, carrying on business as Engineers, Millwrights, &c., at 36, William Moult-street, Liverpool, under the style or firm of James Campbell and Son, has been dissolved, by mutual consent, as and from the 1st day of September, 1884. All debts due to and owing lay the said late firm will be received and paid by the said James Campbell, by whom the said business will be continued in copartnership with James Alexander Miller Campbell and Andrew Chisholm Campbell, under the style or firm of James Campbell and Sons...'[1]
