1965 Launch of Stream Fisher, for transport of irradiated nuclear waste

1993 Acquired CS Nexus, for laying optical fibre cables

1996 Established division for subsea excavation. Acquired P&O Tankers.

2005 Acquired Fendercare Marine

2007 Acquired Buchan Technical Services and FT Everard
