'...the (Copartnership between James Hart, of the Parish of Broughton, in the County of Lincoln, and Ann Berridge, of the Parish of Broughton aforesaid (Widow of William Berridge, late of the same place, deceased), Millwrights, carried on under the firm of Hart and Berridge, is this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts due and owing to and from, as well the said Copartnership as also the late Copartnership between the said James Hart and the said William Berridge, deceased...'[1]
