1884 Partnership dissolved. '...the Partnership, hitherto subsisting between us the undersigned, Frederick Warner Jones and James Henly Smith, carrying on business at No. 170, Sidwell-street, Exeter, as Dealers in Bicycles and Tricycles, under the style or firm of the Exeter Bicycle and Tricycle Company, has been dissolved as from the 31st day of December last; and the business will henceforth be carried on at No. 170, Sidwell-street aforesaid, under the above style or firm by the said James Henly Smith alone...'[4]
