1899 The company was registered on 3 May, to take over the business of engineers, of a private company of the same name. [1]

Maker of all kinds of paper-making machinery; drying machines for all classes of products; gas works apparatus, including gas meters, lamps, etc.

1904 Manufactured a milk drying machine for its inventor, Mr. James R. Hatmaker, of Boulevard Malsherbes, Paris.[2]
