'We regret to record the death, on January 14, of Mr. Jan Richard Dewidels, founder and managing director of the D. E. V. Engineering Company Ltd. When the company was purchased by Crane Ltd., Mr. Dewidels continued as general manager of D. E. V. Engineering, until ill-health caused him to retire in July, 1964.
