'...the Partnership heretofore subsisting between the undersigned, John Jardine and William Hooton, trading at Raleigh-street, in the town of Nottingham, and elsewhere, as Machinists, under the style or firm of Jardine and Hooton, is this day dissolved by mutual consent.
