1873 Established by William Jarman and George William Flint.
1903 Jarman and Flint Limited was registered, with a capital of £30,000, to acquire the business of the same name carried on by Messrs W. Jarman, G. W. Flint and H. W. Jarman at Carr Lane, Hull and to act as grocers, provision dealers, butchers, confectioners, jam, marmalade and peel manufacturers, importers and brokers of food, dairymen, and general providers.[1]

1970 Acquired by Associated Food Holdings
