1845 Advert: 'WHEREAS JOHN BAKER, formerly of Kingswinford, in the county of Stafford, Engineer, emigrated to Bahia, in South America, in the year 1825, and not having been heard of since 1829, is supposed to have died there some time in the latter end of 1842. The said John Baker, if living, is requested forthwith to communicate with his Brother, Mr. Joseph Baker; or with ROBINSON and FLETCHER, Solicitors, Dudley.' [1]
