Salisbury, Knott Mill, in Manchester, .... TURNING LEATHS and TOOLS, for Machine Making, now standing in the said premises, and also a quantity of Cast iron and brass wheels, rollers and other materials for fitting machinery, a quantity of deal scantlings, owler, bay wood, and mahogany in planks, iron in bars and rods, vices, bellows, hammers, and every thing requisite for carrying on the machine making business; also a 40 inch Carding Engine nearly finished, with other machinery in an unfinished state. ....'.[1]
