Ed. Privately, and Cardiff Tech. School of Sc. and Art. Training: Bute Docks and Railway. Career: Mar. Engr. on various ships (1st Class B.O.T. Certificate); Engr. South Wales Mineral Railway Co., Briton Ferry'; complete hydraulic installation at Burry Port Docks; extensive alterations to the Railway. and equipping the System for Passenger Service, 1909; and extension to Cwn Mawr, 1912.
