c1822 Born at Tiverton, Devon, the son of

1861 Living at Shrewsbury Road, Sheffield Park, Sheffield: John Easterbrook (age 39 born Tiverton, Devon), Engineer. With his wife Isabella Easterbrook (age 33 born Sheffield). Also his in-laws Mother-in-Law Sabetha Thompson. One servant and her two children.[1]

1871 Living at Meadow House, Sheffield Park, Sheffield: John Easterbrook (age 49 born Tiverton, Devon), Engineering Tool Manufacturer employing 1100 men. With his wife Isabella Easterbrook (age 43 born Sheffield) and their children Selina Easterbrook (age 19 born Sheffield) and Henry Easterbrook (age 11 born Sheffield). One servant and her daughter.[2]

1874 Leaves the business of Easterbrook, Allcard and Co.[3]

1881 John is living with his wife Isabell (sic) in Tiverton as a Corn Miller.
