MADE and SOLD by JOHN FORD Tin-plate-worker, Bottom of Smithy-door, Manchester.
As it both is and has been a very great Inconvenience and Expence to the Public, to send to other Towns for a single Roller or Rollers, and have been much disappointed in not procuring them in their Time, he embraces this Opportunity of informing them, that has begun to make Tin Rollers, which have been esteem’d rather superior in Goodness, to any yet made; he therefore flatters himself he shall have the Encouragement of those who use them, as he will always Endeavour, to the utmost of his Power, to merit their Favours.
He likewise returns his sincere Thanks to those who have already encouraged him, both in the Tin and Roller business, and humbly solicits for Continuance of the same, which be will thankfully acknowledg’d, By their much oblig'd and obedient Servant, JOHN FORD.
Who has to Lett, a neat small HOUSE, at Bank Top.
He likewise makes and sells as usual, the following Articles, viz. Iron Coal Boxes, Iron Stove Pipes, Iron Wire, all Sizes, Crofters Scoops, with all other Sorts of Goods, sold Wholesale and Retail, at the very lowest Prices.
N. B. An APPRENTICE Wanted to the above Business, out of a creditable Family. None but such need apply.[1]
