John George Inshaw

John George Inshaw (c1855- ), papermaker, of Birmingham.
1881 Produced an experimental steam carriage.[1]
1881 Living at 188 Lichfield Rd., Aston, Birmingham: John Inshaw (age 73 St. Mary's, B'ham), Civil Engineer - Widower. With his two sons John G. Inshaw (age 26 born Ladywood, B'ham), Paper maker, and Albert E. Inshaw (age 18 born Ladywood, B'ham), Paper maker. Two servants.[2]

1897 January. Building an unusual autocar with drive and steering on same wheels.[3]
1901 John G Inshaw 46, mechanical engineer, working on own account, lived in Erdington with Marion H Inshaw 42, Edith M Inshaw 17, Amy B Inshaw 16, John Inshaw 14, George R Inshaw 13, Ralph Inshaw 10, Frederick C Inshaw 8, Annie Inshaw 7[4]
