1861 Partnership dissolved. '... the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us the undersigned, John Grist and Alfred Niblett, carrying on business as Flock Dressers and Shoddy Manufacturers, at Rooksmore-mills, in the parish of Rodborough, in the county of Gloucester, is this day dissolved by mutual consent; and that all debts owing- from or to the said partnership will be paid and received by the said John Grist, by whom the business will in future be carried on...'[1]
