Born at Bristol the son of William Eggins, a Farmer.

1911 Residing at Mayrose, Camelford, Cornwall: William Eggins (age 57 born Camelford), Farmer. With his wife Alice Jane and four sons including John Jasper Eggins and two daughters.[1]

1924 Surveyor for the Devon County Council.[2]

1939 Residing at Lakewood, Mines Road, Bideford, District Surveyors of Roads. With Elizabeth A. (born 1887).[3]
