1912 Incorporated as a Limited Company.

1964 Established Fleet Steels Ltd as a subsidiary

1970 John Lee (Sacks) Ltd was incorporated as a private company[1]

1972 the company was engaged in steel stockholding, scrap merchanting, road haulage, jute sacks and industrial wipers; it was acquired by Thomas W. Ward[2]
