With his wife Mary Fothergill (age 47 born Gibraltar) and their children Mary Ward Fothergill (age 21 born York); John Fothergill (age 19 born West Hartlepool), Apprentice Marine Engineer; Edith Fothergill (age 17 born West Hartlepool); and Henry Fothergill (age 14 born West Hartlepool). One visitor and two servants.[2]
