By 1882 the products were represented by John Rogerson and Co of Newcastle-upon-Tyne
1887 Incorporated as a Limited Co.
1887 Provided the steel castings for bogies for the gun carriage constructed by the Royal Carriage Department, Woolwich, for transporting and test-firing the new 110-ton guns at the proof ground. [1]
1900 John Edwin Rogerson was chairman of the company, of Wolsingham Steel Works[2]
1914 Makers of steel castings. [3]
1922 Manufacturer of steel castings and steel forgings for general engineering purposes. H. G. Stobart was managing director.
1927 A. G. Stobart (sic) was chairman and director of the company[4]
