1850 Dissolution of the Partnership between John Sellars, Richard Johnson, and William Johnson, carrying on business as Gum and Starch Manufacturers, at Manchester, under the firm of John Sellars and Company. All debts due and owing to and by the said concern will be received and paid by the said John Sellars, by whom the said business will be carried on as heretofore.[4]
