1842 'TO COACH PROPRIETORS AND COACH BUILDERS. Coach and coach building concern longing to Mr. John Smith. The STOCK consists of about thirty well-seasoned Horses, in excellent working condition; the Independent Coach Office Bull-street; the Stage Coach Factory and Stabling, Coleshill-street; Coaches, ete. and the light Carriage Factory, Prospect-row. The present Proprietor wishing to retire from the same will dispose altogether separately, and will give Lease the Dwelling House and Coach Factory in Coleshill-street and Prospect-row, if required. For particulars enquire of Mr. John Smith, Coach Factory, Coleshill-street, Independent Coach Office, Bull-street, Birmingham.'[1]

The Proprietor will grant a lease to respectable tenant for the above, or for his Carriage factory, Prospect-row, Coleshill-street, the Premises having extensive front Rooms, large Yard, and House enclosed.'[2]
