Established in 1834. By 1892 Joseph M. Leigh was the sole proprietor. The premises in Oxford Street comprised offices and showrooms. The works were situated at the rear of these premises, with entrance from 1 Angle Street. At this time wheels and coach and railway carriage ironmongery were produced. [1]
